You will receive 2 to 4 sessions of personal training, focusing on varies moves used in the group workouts. Your coach will show you the basics and emphasize proper form so you get a kick-ass workout.
Once you have completed your personal training sessions you are now ready to start attending group workouts. There you will participate in the daily workout with your new friends, putting to work what you just learned. You will also have access to open gym to practice new moves. Nutritional coaching is provided in some of the programs.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
