I am currently in the process of gaining my personal training certificate through NASM. I also have great background knowledge in program planning form my history of coaching and working closely with our strength and conditioning programmer/trainer! I will also obtain my certification to teach HIGH fitness classes at the end of April!
Hi, y'all! My name is Kelsie Hill and I am a former teacher and coach here in Hereford. I graduated from WTAMU with my bachelor's in education and jumped right into the coaching and teaching world. Coaching has always been something I knew I would do and wanted to do from a young age. Growing up I had a deep passion for sports, basketball, and track were the loves of my life. Once you get to know me, you will find this is where a lot of my love for high-intensity training and spit-fire attitude stems from. My high school career took me to state tournaments for basketball and the field for state meets. Becoming a state title holder was a great feeling! I am married to my sweet husband, Hayden, and we just welcomed our first baby boy into the world this past November! Fitness was a very big priority during my pregnancy. I wanted to labor and recovery to be as easy as possible on my body...this led me to become a HUGE advocate for pelvic floor and core training along with prenatal fitness! I love to work with mamas-to-be and mamas of many!
I have known from a very young age that I wanted to be a coach. During my stint coaching high school sports such as volleyball, basketball, and softball; I knew this was the way I could share the talents God gave me. I am passionate about sharing fitness and balance with student-athletes as well as mamas and really anyone who wants to move and FEEL their best! My heart hopes to grow friendships through fitness that grows the kingdom of God! I can't wait to help create a stronger and happier YOU!
