Element 26 Fitness is a Women's only fitness facility. We focus on instructor lead workouts that can be modified for any fitness level. We offer a secure place for women to come
workout. A place where they can feel confident, without judgement. We know that everyone has to start somewhere and we want them to do just that with us. We have daily workouts that they can come and do in a class setting with an instructor or they can come on their own schedule and do the daily workout or one of their own. No matter what their schedule is our 24/7 access allows them to get their workout in on their schedule #noexcuses.
Our dedicated instructors are there to lead the workouts and demonstrate all the exercise so that everyone knows the proper form and technique. We also make sure to demonstrate modifications for those that may struggle with or have physical limitations to a particular exercise. We want to make sure that everyone is having an enjoyable workout experience and that no one gets hurt. If you are new to a workout routine one of our instructor
lead workouts would be a great place to start. We are there to help and guide you but we also allow you to be you. We all have our strengths and our weaknesses, we are not there to judge or call you out, only to motivate and encourage!

We offer an intimate, secure workout setting for our members. They should feel a level of comfort being a Women's only facility, that they can't get anywhere else. To build strength we have available dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, wall balls, bands, rack, barbells, and plates. For those wishing to get some additional cardio in we have spin bikes, treadmills, a stair climber and jump ropes. Our classes utilize mostly the dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, wall balls and bands.
The barbells and rack are more for individual workout use, along with the cardio equipment. Our 24/7 access system will allow our guest a safe place to workout, as only members (women) will be allowed access.
